(orders) Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be entirely happy with your purchase from tarte. Unfortunately we don’t accept returns or exchanges on orders made outside of India. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team for more information.

(orders) Can I cancel/modify my order?

In order to get your products to you as soon as possible, your order begins processing immediately after it’s placed. Once it’s processed, We’re unable to change or cancel it. However, if you need to return your order, read about our return policy!

(orders) How do I check the status of my order?

Simply log in to your ebagdeals.com account and select “Order History” in the “My Account” page to view your order and tracking details. If you don’t have a ebagdeals.com account, no problem! You can easily create one in “MEMBER” Top Header.

(orders) Why was my order cancelled?

Sometimes we’re unable to process orders due to item availability. We also reserve the right to refuse to process any order due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. If such is the case, we may reject your order or our customer support department or may call you at the phone number in case of any issues.

(orders) How long will it take for my order to arrive?

For more information regarding shipping you can view our shipping policy(link at footer). Please allow 1-2 business days for processing for all shipping methods. You can track your orders at your my-account page.

(orders) Help! My tracking information hasn’t updated in a while.

Sometimes tracking information can take 24 to 48 hours to update after your order ships. Also, it may take 1-2 days to update between package scans as your order moves between carrier locations. No worries! Your order is likely still en route to you! You can always check your order status in my order history.

(orders) My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.

Sometimes packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive! In most cases, your package will arrive in 1-2 business days. Be sure to check with your neighbors and post office for more information in the meantime. Please note that we’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so please be sure to choose a secure delivery location. Quality assurance is very important to us, so we definitely want to look into why this happened. Please email us at support@ebagdeals.com with your order number, the name of the damaged product and a photo of the damage. We will be happy to help you!

Many of our products are vegan – just search for the vegan logo on the product image! eBagDeals cannot guarantee that any ingredients or products were produced in an allergen free environment.

We work with respected manufacturers in the US, India & other countries/regions abroad who have strong expertise in beauty.

(products) What is the the expiration date of my product?

All eBagDeals products are marked with their expiry date on their respective product label. All products are close to the manufacturing date and have a long expiry date.

(Purchasing) Are the items on hold in my cart?

Adding to your cart does not reserve the products. Once you complete the checkout process, they’re all yours!

(Purchasing) The product I want is out of stock, what happens now?

For items that are not limited edition, you can sign up to be notified once it’s back in stock! Just enter your email address on the product page.

(Purchasing) The sale item I want is out of stock – will I be able to purchase it for the same price when it’s available again?

(Rewards && Loyalty) How do I earn eBagDeals Loyalty points for my ebagdeals.com online purchases?

If the email address entered during checkout on ebagdeals.com matches your eBagDeals Loyalty account email, your earned points will be posted to your account when your order is fulfilled. Purchase transaction will be compiled and processed once per day; please allow 48-72 hours for points to post.

(Rewards && Loyalty) What are my Redeemable Points?

Your Redeemable Points are the number of points you have available to redeem for rewards. This number decreases with each reward you redeem. To review your current redeemable points balance, visit your eBagDeals Loyalty page.

(Rewards && Loyalty) I have enough points for the next year. Why did I not advance?

Your eBagDeals Loyalty is determined by how many points were earned in the current calendar year! If some of your points were accumulated in the previous calendar year, they will not contribute to your next year advancement.

Your redeemable points balance will expire if you haven’t made a purchase or completed a qualifying loyalty activity in the last 12 months. This ensures that all of our members are still active in the eBagDeals Loyalty program!

(SHIPPING & DELIVERY) Does eBagDeals ship internationally?

Yes! eBagDeals ships worldwide! But the shipping prices are included in international shipping and free for India.

For international orders, eBagDeals ships worldwide with 500rs for orders less than 5000rs and For indian orders the shipping price is totally free.

Once you place your order, please allow 1-2 business days for warehouse processing for all shipping methods.

(SHIPPING & DELIVERY) How will my order be shipped?

Your orders gets processed and shipped via by our premium delivery partners. Final order costs will be shown in checkout. No taxes, duties or brokerage fees will be paid on delivery. Please visit our shipping policy for more information.

Shipping times may vary but at normal conditions it may take just 7 to 10 days for your order to reach your door steps.

(SHIPPING & DELIVERY) Does ebagdeals.com ship to P.O. Boxes?

ebagdeals.com does not ship to P.O. Boxes (with the exception of orders to the UAE which require a P.O. Box). If a P.O. Box is specified as the address on the checkout page, the order will be cancelled before it is shipped from the warehouse. The customer will not be charged for the cancelled order.

Order tracking information may not be available for the first 24 to 48 hours after you receive your Shipment Confirmation email. Also, several days may pass between package scans as your order moves between carrier locations.

We accept cash on delivery in India all types of payment methods.

When you place an order using a debit or credit card, an authorization is obtained from your bank. The authorization places a temporary hold on the funds. Please note: these funds have not been deducted but are being held within your account to ensure the order can be processed. This hold typically lasts from 3-7 days, depending on the policy of your bank. Your debit or credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped.

Depending on your bank or payment processor, Indian bank refunds should be processed within 3-7 business days.

Don’t worry! We will only charge your credit card when your order is successfully placed and at the time of shipment. If your order did not go through, you may still see a pending transaction on your credit card, but it isn’t an actual charge. This authorization hold will be removed within 5 to 7 business days and the funds will be released back to your account.

Try refreshing the page! If that doesn’t fix the issue, you may want to clear your cache. On most internet browsers, you can clear your cache using ‘Tools’ or ‘History’. Once you’ve cleared your cache, close & re-open your browser.
If you’re still having trouble, please contact us with a description of the issue you’re experiencing, screenshots of any error messages you get and what device & web browser you’re using to shop (i.e. Safari on an iPhone 6).
